Thanks @[Deleted User] hopefully something will come up but not this week...
Thanks @MovingForwards I feel pleased to have tackled the big frog. Fingers crossed for the rest tomorrow...
I took a ridiculously heavy case way with me on my recent trip. I am concentrating on downsizing all my heavy toiletries. I want a packed toiletry bag ready to go. Today I bought 2 small containers and decanted some products. There's no rush I will do this slowly.
I returned a few JL clothes that were OK, but as you know I don't do 'OK' clothes so back they went. I avoided a coffee out. I bought new socks.
I made 2 lots of sandwiches ready to grab and go for a few daysI've got used to taking a flask of coffee already. If I don't use it I heat it up in the morning to drink at breakfast.
No new house news this week.
I'm becoming more mindful with fares, so small savings there.
I've done some work over the weekend and I'm pleased I met my work deadlines this week.
Tomorrow the plan is to work at the library, check out the local pool for deals, eat healthily, walk everywhere I need to go and claim a NSD
Wishing you all a good start to your week.

So woke up this morning feeling anxious about having to ask for the rest of my money back owed to me. I must remember this in future as a reminder not to loan anyone money again. Hate it! Let's hope I get it back so I can pay off the rest of my CC debt.
I'm slow to get going today so might wait until this afternoon until heading out...
MSE is definitely about balance. I've spent 2 days looking up recipes for 2 giant aubergines that came in a veg box (now cancelled) I don't like aubergines! And they were slowly going manky. Anyway today I threw them out. I so rarely waste food but the aubergines were stressing me out. Gone.
Promised myself a NSD today so will be making a flask and off I go.

My relative just paid some more off the amount owed to me. I immediately paid it off the CC. I now have £300 left to pay on my CC. Getting there...:)If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

If you are near a branch of Muji, they always had brilliant little containers and travel versions of things. And there are a lot more options even in Boots and other high street shops now they stock travel sizes and people need sub-100ml for flying. I used to keep most things ready but I appear to have lost all my packing skills after pandemic!

Third for not really liking aubergine, my best dish with it though is slice it quite (but not very) thin and then season with a little salt and something herby or spicy and then roast for 30-40 minutes.I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

Thanks @MovingForwards & @doingitanyway for the tortilla advice and variations 😸
I'm being good( for Now ) , but will try those suggestions in the not too distant I'm sure .
Aubergines 🍆🤮 . No more need be said 😸
The frogs are still being tackled 🐸🐸.
Regarding the house 🏡situation , it does seem like like the spring would be the time when things would be happening now . Then again with the way things are these days I'm like Manuel , I know nothing
I'll leave it there ..😼
