Wednesday, whatever it is that you have, I hope that you feel better soon.
    Thanks.xxx

I'm really glad we got a shopping delivery Friday. I will run out of bleach soon but I got some mould remover from the under sink cupboard that I can use instead. I have another delivery coming next Friday so I don't know if I have to tell Ocado that we are self-isolating. I suppose I do.

I've got some Amazon deliveries coming this week so I think my husband will have to open the door wearing his mask as I don't have one.

I've done nothing on the fabbing front until today when I decided enough is enough and I need to get my head out of my **** and pull myself together- I'm drinking more than a pirate, eating rubbish, smoking like a chimney, getting no excercise and look like a hobo! 🙈 Feeling pretty ashamed of myself I have just dyed my hair, defurred, exfoliated and am having an early night. Tomorrow I'm going to start as I mean to go on - I'll be doing a minimum of 30 mins walking a day, cut out the alcohol, have a bit of a detox and start dressing in something other than a decrepit sweatshirt and manky jeans...

It seems like you eat quite healthily to me. :)

Good luck on all the new healthy habits.
