Very pleasing was that I wore my Phase 8 black dress (CS bargain) from pre Covid and it fitted beautifully.

I do admire your thirst for knowledge and improvement LL and Wednesday but I think I’m more of an escapist. That’s when I’m not winding myself up listening to political news and comment  although sometimes the news from the US is like a comedy.🤣

That is a lovely dress. :)

I did giggle when Donald Trump said something like he knows much more about wind than Joe Biden.

  • I mentioned my pretend sister and brother a couple of weeks ago.  Sadly my pretend brother died yesterday.  I do wish I could have seen him one more time but alas it just wasn't possible.  Hey ho, it's for the best, he was very ill but he's free now.

I have very fond memories of him. I adored him. He was 9 years older than me, handsome, glamorous, clever, charming and witty - but, as if that wasnt enough, he was also kind, generous and always very supportive to me.  He was one of the few people who really knew the reality of my surreal childhood and how difficult life could be with my father. He may not have been "blood" but he always had my back and more than once he provided a safe haven for me when I needed one.
    I'm sorry.xx

so sorry for your loss LL.
I must remember about the clocks. Just been out for a meal with my youngest Daughter. A lovely Greek restaurant, food was nice, we had a good catch up. We had just finished and a poor man rushed past projectile vomiting! it was all over my Daughter's coat which was on the back of her chair, all over the floor and worse still all over the people on the next table, in her hair, on her coat, and even in her partners eye!!!!!
