  • I don’t seem to be able to get going today for some reason. I feel a bit sluggish and I know why. I over-indulged on the carbs yesterday. I had some bread, biscuits and too much pasta. The scales show a gain of nearly 2 lbs. I KNOW this isn’t possible and know that it’s water retention. I am not going to beat myself up over this as today is a new day. So today I am going to eat a bit more healthily, cook from scratch, lay off the biscuits, drink more water and if the weather picks up will go for a walk.
