I don't know if anyone watched he last programme in that makeover programme (You are what you wear) the other evening. I've enjoyed that provided I keep my finger on the fast forward button and skip to all the clothes. I liked the tall, slim stylist both for her own dress sense and the suggestions she made for others. Her own outfit  was very much like my Zara maxi dress and I loved all the outfits she chose last week for the young girl who wanted to look confident and professional for her new job. Sorry Wednesday but jumpsuits featured heavily n the whole programme.

    Oh no! :D

I have never heard of Bettany Hughes. Lorraine Kelly has always looked the same age to me. I read she is 60! I always thought of her as being about 40 but then I'm 44 so she can't be, obviously. :p I saw Kim Basinger the other day on screen and looked her up on wiki and she is 66 now!

Living in London I used to see "famous" people (radio DJs/ TV presenters) quite a lot around the Soho area and I am always surprised by how slim they are. TV must really add weight as most people I have seen have been ultra slim in real life, even the men.

Speaking of weight, I am worried about my blood sugar as type 2 diabetes runs in my family and I heard on a podcast that low carb is the way to go. I have basically cut out bread and pasta. I gave it a try and I lost 6 lbs last week! Really shocked by that. I will see if it was just water weight next week after my weigh in next week.
