Also glad cat is ok. I have become more of a cat person since living with 2 very amusing ones. I now feel destined to have one when I find a new homeIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

So for the first time in 3 months I exceeded my weekly step count last week (up to and including Sunday) - which is nice. Just come back from long weekend city break with OH with the weather just about nice enough to walk everywhereI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

Poor kitty, glad they're on the mend. We had 3 cats and self insured until one got run over and killed
just cremating him was expensive and we realised how hard we'd have found covering the fees if he'd needed lots of work. We've now insured our other 2, costs £21 for the pair at the moment as they're young. Will keep an eye on the premiums as they age though!
Glad the weather behaved for your city break.DFD March 2025 (£35000 paid off)

Hi Mark - well done on increasing the step count.
DIA - I'd recommend rescue cats as they come litter trained, neutered/spayed and chipped for around £80. We convinced ours they wanted to do their business outside so we don't even have litter trays now and just open the window to let the cat in and out. We don't keep him in overnight though as he is quite noisy - and instead got a little wooden cat house we put in the garden (£45)Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
