Thats a good idea emsi to let your little boy colour the cards.I thought I might make some Easter cards for family that I would usualy see but this year wont iyswim.Bloomin eck the price of card. I am a skinflint, with postage it would be 25p per sheet.I wanted yellow but I have a little stash of white card somewhere.I need to search for it.I was thinking today of the lovely cards I used to make with the children when I worked at school. The same every year with Y2, finger print primulas on pink card for Mothers day and yellow white and lilac embroidery on binca on yellow card for Easter.finger print penguins or robins on red card at Christmas. I miss working with children very much, particularly art and craft lessons.
Came to sew the jumper and the front had 4 rows more than the back! undone and reknitting.

Loving the hat, yes please to the pattern, it looks quite easy XXX
Haven't done much, whenever I sit down to watch TV I'm picking up my crochet - making a blanket. It's slow going as I've only recently learned via YouTube and I'm not that quick!
Today I finished upcycling a mirror for my bathroom. Had all the bits for a couple of years, and decided today was the day!

I haven't been on this thread for a while because I've been tidying my craftroom. I'm in a wheelchair and been spinning around in my craftroom just because i can 😂 i now have a floor. I've just made an easter card with my silhouette cameo. One day i will learn to use it properly 🙈 does destroying quite a few bitsof card in the process count as destashing 😱 anyway think I'm up to 10/35 i have lotsof unfinished makes aswell. I'm very busy 😂Comping for christmas xThankyou to all posters2

Thank you Vulpix. Yes, I live in Herne Bay and have been beachcombing for a couple of years now. I find all sorts when I do my beach cleaning too!
I wasn't sure about the wool colour, it's called mustard, big ball from Aldi. Wasn't sure if there would be enough for my blanket, so I've introduced a dark green too now. Will update with picture later.

I love beach combing and adore sea glass.I couldn't live ay further away from the sea.I live in the Peak District national park between Manchester and Sheffield.
I have spent most of the day trying to understand the printed off knitting pattern.I think it has been translated by machine and makes no sense.I gave up on it and did my own thing. It's looking ok.
