My son used to live in Canada and on a visit to see him I spent THE DAY in a fabric shop.I bought the material to make a quilt. It's a Christmas quilt, hand sewn,a lovely reminder of our time in Banff.
I started a crochet blanket last night. It started out as an Easter blanket but I didn't like it so undid and will now be yet another baby blanket. All I have to do to finish the baby cardigan is make 2 pompoms but that entails rooting in a cupboard for the pompom maker!

No real progress to report- I have been stamping my meerkats and colouring them in, but they aren't on the cards kits, so they don't get counted. Not sure whether to discount them from my total, or increase my total as it was an additional purchase. I will decide when they're done! Still on with the knitting too. I will try to do the hand tying on the quilt this week so that I can at least count that as done!

Made another 2 sets of bunting Sunday, plus 2 more face masks for a friend.  So 4 more to add to total.  79/100

  • I haven't been around much as I've been so stressed recently, also as a key worker (own a village shop/post office) we've been extra busy! But anyway a couple of makes to report...
2 x toys made from fluffy socks
    1 x large knitted cow
    1 x large knitted donkey
3 x knitted elephants of various sizes
    2 x knitted ducks
and then a bunch of confetti made with punches from recycled paper but for ease I'll call this x 1
which brings our total too... 13/52
    hope everyone keeps safe! xx

I'm declaring further 216 makes - mainly things made for orders so I wont bore you with a total breakdown but the total does include a birthday card for my son (who turned 13 yesterday), birthday bunting (I used my alphabet punch board from we are memory keepers to spell "Happy 13th Birthday Dan" which actually looked quite good and I'll definitely use it more now after having it for years and never even getting t put of the packet!), two origami toy/stress toys which my son and I made together, lots of flowers and a mini pallet made out of lollypop sticks for my son to use with his finger skateboards (another project we made together) :)
So my total now stands at 873/2020 :)

A little sunny update from me- I'm finishing the hand tying on my quilt sat outside! I have also mended the tail on my son's favourite toy (practising my darning!). I won't count that as a project, but will update my total once the quilt is done.
