Hello all, after how many years now I received this letter from the court. I couldn’t really understand what I need to do about this. Can anyone shed some light on this. Thank you all

Study the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum, second post, plus the 12 steps in the defence template thread as well, especially the parts about downloading the N180 form from the gov website, filling it in and emailing it to the DQ email address at the CNBC in Northampton, before that deadline of the 14th April1

My understanding from this letter was that this is intended for the claimant not me and I just get it as a copy. Since I already sent my defense long time ago. Please correct me if this is not the case. Also I tried to find the post you directed me to, but couldn’t find the relevant information.
thank you for your help0 -
Yes you can find it. The first 12 steps are in the Template Defence thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Defence
Your defence is only one of several stages to a court claim
The N180 has questions on it, plus the preferred civil court is nominated, so ignore it at your peril ( everyone else does both stages, and more ). Both sides are expected to complete it and submit it to the court and claimant and defendant, so all parties
Both of those sticky threads are above this one, below the yellow banners, so I suggest that you study both announcements1
