Received a letter from County Court Business Centre

Hello all, after how many years now I received this letter from the court. I couldn’t really understand what I need to do about this. Can anyone shed some light on this. Thank you all

My understanding from this letter was that this is intended for the claimant not me and I just get it as a copy. Since I already sent my defense long time ago. Please correct me if this is not the case. Also I tried to find the post you directed me to, but couldn’t find the relevant information.

Defence 

Your defence is only one of several stages to a court claim 

The N180 has questions on it,  plus the preferred civil court is nominated,  so ignore it at your peril ( everyone else does both stages,  and more   ).  Both sides are expected to complete it and submit it to the court and claimant and defendant,  so all parties

Hello everyone,

I come with some good news today and to say big thank you to everyone who helped me here to fight these criminals.

I received an email which says:

‘Please be advised that we have discontinued proceedings for the Claim referred to above and have notified the Court of the same. Please find attached a copy of the Notice of Discontinuance, Form N279.We confirm that we have cancelled PCN 5********** and consider the matter closed.’

I think we can put this case to the win list.

Thank you all again and keep up the good work you all do here. Without you this wouldn’t be possible. I appreciate you all greatly.

This can't possibly be the same claim from 2020 can it? Who sent the NoD, Civil Enforcement themselves?
