    1. The claimant must file and serve a properly particularised claim compliant with the Civil PRocedure Rules by 28th april 2020.
So they have until close of business, 4pm, on Tuesday to do that.

Pay attention to all the solid advice given above and do NOT call them or agree to mediation.  You are in a good place.

You do realise you've nearly won?  All you do is reply by email to that Judge after 28th has been and gone, and point out that no fully particularised claim has been served to you, and thus, can the court please now strike out the claim.

    Which court issued this?
hi and thanks for replying. the court is in Kingston upon Thames.
    best regards

So it's now 29th and 28th 'has been and gone'. Have you followed Coupon-mad's advice then?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
