any idea how do i find the judges email address. district judge Hartley county court at Kingston-upon-thames
these are the only emails i could find about this county court
    Enquiries: enquiries@kingston.countycourt.gsi.gov.uk
    Family queries: family@kingston.countycourt.gsi.gov.uk
    Bailiffs: bailiffs@kingston.countycourt.gsi.gov.uk

Put county court at Kingston-upon-thames into google and the first item returned is the official .gov.uk website which contains the court's email address.... which incidentally is none of those you mention.

Mark your email for the attention of District Judge Hartley.

I would never email a judge, noblesse oblige and all that.  Send him a letter.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

It woud be daft to use post at the present time, IMHO.  Post is delayed and staff are not in offices as they usually are.

    Why not do both?

Are you prepared to rely on someone else actually noticing that error?

Jeez why would you not want to grasp the quick win and request a strike out?

Write a letter addressed to the judge and send as a pdf to the court. I'd use email then phone to try and check it has been received. If you want you could also send a draft order as follows:

UPON reading the letter from the defendant dated xxxx
AND UPON the claimant having failed to file and serve Particulars of Claim as directed by the order of Xxx dated xxx
    IT IS ORDERED THAT:
The claimants claim be struck out
sorry to ask but what is draft order, how and where do I send it?
    thanks

A draft of the order you want the court to make, hoping that the Judge will rubber stamp it, so to speak.

Search the forum, everything has been done before so no need to reinvent the wheel.  Here is a LINK to a thread where the poster created a WORD document (although on here it is a pdf) to send to the Judge.  Although this one is about the strike out for abuse of process, just use it as a basis for your draft order and change the words to pick up what @Johnersh said.
