Hi everyone
Welcome to the 366 Day 1p Challenge for 2020!
The rules are simple - every day you put aside an amount between 1p and £3.66, covering all the incremental amounts in between... You can do this starting at 1p and working up, or start at £3.66 and work down, or just put aside whichever amount off the list you'd like to each day.
To keep track, please feel free to download this spreadsheet created by the MSE Team and mark off each amount as you put it aside.
If you'd like to be allocated a number and added to the second post in this challenge, please post and I will issue you a number for your signature.
Good luck everyone!
Please see the original challenge post below from helejenkins1
MSE Molly says: The 1p Savings Challenge has been run for many years by our Forumites, and here at MSE Towers, we wanted to make it easier for people to join in, experienced or newbies!
So we've created our own version of the 1p Savings Challenge tracker (which includes 366 days for the leap year in 2020). Simply download or print off the table, and tick off one box per day - there is no set order!
For more details, read our blog about the challenge here.

As of this month, I am debt free and determined now to save as much as I can to have a more secure future. I know some of you will be in a much different situation, but we are all here for our own reasons.
The aim of the challenge is to save 1p on 1st January, 2p on 2nd January till the 31st December where you would save £3.65. Obviously this makes the end of the challenge very expensive, so I find it better to just mix it up a little bit. If I have £3.01 in my purse, I'll just mark that day off.
At the end of the year, you will have £667.95. Use this money as you wish. Pay off some debt, treat yourself or just continue to save it.
I'll keep this thread going even if I'm on my own as I want and need to stay motivated. If anyone wants to join me along the way you are more than welcome.
Happy saving

2020 is a leap year, so maybe hand write 366 at the end of your printout. Or treat it as a 'free day'0

Can I sign up for this? Have got a print out which states weekly values for this so will probably be doing weekly or monthly transfers. Am intending for the money to go into my house-buying fees account, which currently only has a couple of hundred pound in-would like to grow it as much as I can in 2020 so this will definitely help!0

Hi everyone! Great to have you here - please see post 2 for your Challenge Numbers.
doconnor - The spreadsheet I've linked is one from an external site however the busy bods at MSE Towers have come up with our own branded one! I'm not sure if it'll be a leap year one or not - personally I think I'll struggle enough with the 365, so may well give myself a free day!
