Any Spanish banks not charging fee for UK cards left?

Hi does anyone know of any banks in Spain that do not charge a fee to withdraw money? I was here in Spain about 6 months ago and I was using CaixaBank withdrew using my Starling card with no bank fee to withdraw.
I came over again this month and now CaixaBank charge 2 euro to withdraw my money, I also tried Santander and they were 7 euros!! I know it's not a big amount but it makes my blood boil paying these banks anything extra than needed.
I have the best cards for currency, but would be interested to know which banks don't charge a fee at atms (if any).
Thanks

My most recent cash withdrawal in Spain was in April and I found that Liberbank in M!laga didn't charge (after trying some of the usual suspects). On a previous visit I used BankInter in Benidorm without charge though that was more than a year ago now. Unfortunately all the large chains now seem to charge what seem like extortionate amounts for withdrawals from foreign cards but with some perseverence I've managed to avoid any withdrawal fees to date!#145 Save £12k in 2016 Challenge: £12,062.62/£12,000.00 Beginning Balance: £5,027.78 CHALLENGE MET

David_Brent;
Just be carefull if you hear someone is not getting ATM fee for using their fee free card in Spain today it might not be applicable to you when you go there tomorow (in extreme case).
It seems that it is just a matter of time before other spanish banks will follow to get easy but legal way of getting money from visitors by charging the ATM fee. It is quite unfair that they are charging ATM fee for UK card while Spanish bankcard do not get charged using Spanish card here in the UK ATM. And it seems it is very few (or it might be just Spain) is doing this crook but legal practice in the EU countries.

The best way to avoid this is by using a qualified Santader UK account. It is written in the T&C so they cannot just start charging ATMs fee wihtout letting you know.David_Brent wrote: »Hi does anyone know of any banks in Spain that do not charge a fee to withdraw money? I view Spain as pretty much cashless now because of this ATM greed. I try to pay for everything possible using using one of my FX friendly cards, and avoid the DCC trap when challenged. As a benefit, avoids a pocket full of shrapnel.
As an aside, does anyone know if contactless always avoids DCC? I do not recall ever being asked (or fleeced) when using contactless.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Credit Cards and Budgeting & Bank Accounts boards.
