Doing well so far. 2 days achieved. May have spent the day eating but at least it was all from home. Will worry about healthy eating another day!SPC #459 no 8 2015 £203 2016 £157 2017 £70

Hello! I'll join this challenge if I may. This is a weakness for me with far to many visits to Pret and Wasabi in particular....
I have 21 working days in January but know that there will be at least 4 days working away where packed lunch isn't an option (but I'll be fed there or can claim on expenses). On that basis I'll set a target of 15 days bringing my own.
Good start so far at two for two. Leftover sweet potato curry and then bean chilli yesterday. Trying hard to get into the batch cooking routine!0 -
Hello and happy new year!
Can I join in please? (After a bit of break from MSE!)
Working 13 days in January so going to go for the full 13
Went back to work for one day on Thursday and took some leftover tuna pasta so I can claim my first successful day 1/13
Batch cooked a load of lentil ragu yesterday which comes in really handy as so cheap to make and can have with pasta, jacket potatoes and if thinned out with a bit of vegetable stock makes a lovely soup. Plus one 500g bag of lentils makes loads!

I would love to join in! 11 days for me please,
I am struggling as I have no kettle or microwave and am sick of sandwiches, it's too cold for salad and things like soups in a flask we have no dishes or cutlery, I have brought my own before but it's a lot to drag around with me all day. Looking for things I can keep in my lunch box as I'm on the move a lot and have nowhere to leave bags etc.
Does anyone have any ideas?Living the simple life0 -
I so need to do this! 1 / 2 shop lunches a week keep sneaking in making £10-£20 dents!
I have 20 days at work so going for 20/20!
I bulk cook quorn , tomatoes & beans and buy a lump of cheddar to grate on top. So easy - no excuses for laziness really!
Hi,
Welcome along.
I've added you to the list on the first page.
Good luck

Is it okay to join? I've only just found this thread. I'm working 19 days this month. I have completed 2 days by bringing a chicken stir fry type thing with thai green curry sauce. I'll do a fresh shop this weekend so I have something for next week.Baldylocks14 wrote: »Hello! I'll join this challenge if I may. Hi,
Welcome to all the newbies and returning oldies
I've updated the list on the first page, please let me know if there are any errors or if I've missed anyone, it does happen.
DH has been cooking this afternoon so we both have lunches for two days next week. I also stocked up on soup, some microwave rice and a pot noodle so my drawer will be full for the month.
Hope everyone has had a nice weekend?
