  • Hi to all the other lucky people who are back at work today! Was in a bit of a flap this morning and not very organised (story of my life) so dug a tub of vegetable broth out of the freezer. Successful avoidance of the supermarket meal deal!

  • Today's lunch was a Warburtons Sandwich Thin filled with thin-sliced ham, salad leaves, and a dab of mustard, a Persimmon (£1 for 3 from Aldi), and a yoghurt.
