Re the queries in red on your draft, just be confident and delete/edit stuff to suit. If you haven't yet had their WS & evidence then you can't leave chunks in that make it sound like you have received stuff (e.g. the part you put in italics before deleting/editing it. Just delete or edit it, don't wait for us to tell you your own story for your WS. You know the facts and where you are and what you've seen/not seen, better than we do.PRIVATE 'PCN'? I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years.
