I'm trying to get my way round it too. Hopefully it will get easier. xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x12 -
1. DO NOT PUT OFF TO TOMORROW WHAT CAN/SHOULD BE DONE TODAY2. WRITE AND USE “TO DO LISTS”
3. LEAVE A ROOM TIDIER THAN WHEN I ENTERED
4. KITCHEN WILL BE LEFT CLEAN & TIDY EVERY NIGHT
5. WHEN DEALING WITH CLUTTER I WILL USE ‘Daisy1571’s idea of ‘WHAT WOULD I DO WITH THIS ITEM IF IT WAS SOMEONE ELSE’S ?’
I officially detest the new format 😡. It is a nightmare to get around & I positively detest the lack of smilies 😡 not doing my blood pressure any good at all. Sad & ashamed to say that it is seeming a bit of a chore to post now rather than the joy I used to experience 😭 Anyone know where to complain?
Whinge over (for the time being 😝 )
Now to my day
I have sorted/condensed/binned medical supplies - bandages, plasters etc Then decided to sort/tidy the kitchen under sink cupboard.

Good work Happy Kitties 😃 It really is atrocious 😡 & once you have committed to writing a post you cannot see any other posts 😡
Great work ailz95 - yet another non fan of the new format 😖Tboo - I don’t think there will be any ‘getting used to it’ in my future more like ‘dreading using it 😡’
Great work TC77 😆
Good work on the cleaning MadamMim2013 😃 - yet another non fan 😖 I thought it was supposed to be user friendly 😖
Not so sure it will get easier Nicnak 😖 they seem to have dumped all the good bits & made it so difficult to use that I reckon they will lose thousands of posters 😔See you all tomorrow
A very grumpy 😡 MrsSD

There appear to be a few things missing here and there, but looking at the ‘New forum snagging’ thread elsewhere, a lot of the issues are known about. Hopefully they’ll get dealt with. I used to use the ‘thanks’ button as my kind of ‘bookmark’ to know where I’m i
up to in a thread (as I tend to read in fits and starts). Now it’s changed, you can’t easily see which posts you’ve liked. Oh well 🙁Every act of kindness, no matter how small, isn’t wasted ❤️

Good morning
It’s taken me a ridiculous number of attempts to get on here - I am not computer illiterate so thought it would be straightforward but it wasn’t ☹️ My IP address was banned (😱) so that really didn’t help!Anyway, DH and I have a free weekend so lots of projects planned (he thinks I’m obsessed and he may be right 😂) I’m loving the difference in our home already.
I had a ‘moment’ in the week and went through the ironing pile to declutter clothes instead of wardrobe. I figured most people buying clothes from a CS would take them home and wash them anyway and after being crammed in a bag no one would know if they’d been ironed anyway!
DH was MUCH more inclined to be ruthless with unironed T shirts 😂
358-360 my T shirts to CS
361-364 DH T shirts to CS
365-367 DH T shirts to DSiL who has lost weight and not yet finished losing so doesn’t want to buy new clothes but old ones are FAR too big (he’s doing brilliantly).
Plans for today - sorting the final two drawers of the chest in the lounge and hopefully tackling the pile of books I made when we decorated that I have been ignoring!
Thankyou for your continued inspiration and encouragement 😊
Mrs SD I’m channelling you today and (🤞) making soup 😇
Have a good one

Have left 2 bags of clothes (27 items) for CS trip tomorrow. Will add to total when they have been delivered.
Early morning trip to CS - this CS is quite a way away & I don't have a car, so had to take it using my old hardly used shopping trolley. My reward came from finding a much loved hat I thought I'd lost in a pocket in my shopping trolley !
92-118 - 27 items to CS :A
I probably don't need to say what I think of the new forum so far .....
119- 130 11 x items to the CS (dropped off)
131 dead fairy lights
132-142 11 x items to rubbish or recycling
143 - 167 25 x items to CS bag

Hello, I don't know why my posts have 2 line spacing every time I start a new line ( ? ) I'm also having trouble deciphering the emojis, that don't show up in my typing but do in my post, so please forgive me. TBH I have enough trouble sorting my words out in RL !Gone out today a curtain rail and it's wood batten and as DGS is staying over tonight I expect a lot of food will disappear too

Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, but this time more intelligently9 -
It would seem that we are all having difficulty with the new forum.
I tackled one shelf of the garage today. Work are desperate for plant pots, and I knew I had an absolute stack of them. Turns out I was right 43 of the little things in the car ready for work on Monday.
One booklet from the national trust found and put in the recycling
one booklet of tests from 2016 - recycling
Three odd socks put in the bin
one of little one's t shirts - too small
one of her school t shirts- ripped.
That's a so far total of 50 items. That's now 1003 items gone since January. Changing my target to 2020 now. Might as well go the whole way. I think it is possible as I have only just touched one part of the garage and I always do a summer clear out of little one's clothes. I might have to start counting food though as well!
