Hi Mrs S-D
Having dropped off the face of the earth, I've just climbed back on :rotfl: I haven't quite caught up on the thread yet, but I will.
I'm in for 2020 in 2020 - and believe me, I'm in no danger of running out of stuff before I hit that number
I've found a website with a 365 Declutter calendar - there's a daily 15 minute declutter task. (And she's realistic enough to know that "for some of you" it may take longer than that at first!) It's American, so it doesn't all apply, but it looks quite good.
It started with clearing the kitchen. I haven't done every day because I'm not always feeling up to it; but I've decided that this is OK and any outstanding stuff will be caught up with at weekend.
I'll count the items I have done (including the most vicious, unpleasant-smelling Christmas tree it's ever been my misfortune to come across!) and get back to you.
I've really missed this and am sooooo glad to be back.A budget is like a speed sign - a LIMIT not a TARGET!!

Have been helping DH with erecting the stock-proof fencing today, so only managed the following -
5 x (double bagged) rubble sacks old plasterboard
16 x glass blocks
These will be heading to the local tip hopefully over the weekend.......Mortgage-free for fourteen years!

Ah, I won't be getting rid of many of them! They are a bit of a comfort blanket, plus still use most of them for writing/work purposes. My family would probably be mega concerned if I willingly got rid of books, would be more likely to declutter shoes and that doesn't often happen either!
2 bags ready for the charity shop today. Which is good as I have to go buy a couple of new things (clothes airer, in the sale and some bits for the youngest for school). Trying to do 1 in 1 out but it is hard. hard, hard.
It's taken me 25 years to get rid of mine! :rotfl:September 2017 Debt = £25330

Today I posted the three ebay items
One moisturiser
one cleanser
one pair of Jazz shoes
One pair of boots with a heel that broke off on a night out went into the bin
I have sold three body thingy items
one bookcase
one set of tea, coffee and sugar, which I think is around 10 items (I need to check).
One pair of tap shoes- awaiting payment
I will update as they actually leave the house and go somewhere new.
I have another few items waiting to go to the book shop, and another few items on ebay waiting to end over the weekend.
