  • As a matter of interest did you undertake a search of the Land Registry to check the ownership of the car parking spaces that are marked freehold on the plan?

  • This is what they sent yesterday for the active cases . Seems they didn’t listen to the judge and continue to chase even though these alleged charges are the current case and saying it’s a ‘letter before claim’ . They have also grouped the two cars together.

Consider a complaint to the SRA. they are well aware what is and what is not allowed.

    So please be precise

Is this current letter before claim composed:
    - partly of already judged tickets?
    - fully of already judged tickets?
    - none?
  • This is the current case . The one I have ongoing court proceedings with.

Can you remember the judge's name? You should write down everything you can remember that they said to use at the next hearing, even if it is the same judge.
If the scamlicitors do not carry out the judge's instructions then you should complain to her/him reminding them what they said.
Also complain to the SRA quoting what the judge said, give his name, and the date/case number etcetera.

  • I dont remember the judges name at all . Think she only said at the start. She did say it was completely unacceptable to be chasing for payment for a case that's in court and the solicitor agreed and was told to tell Gladstones to stop. But clearly they didn't....

Have you managed to obtain the details from the Land Registry regarding the freehold parking spaces? It does not cost much and the details are accessible online. You may be able to claim back the costs.

Personally I think that the solicitors are out of their depth and could really catch a cold with this case.
