Without reading back , do you have a counter claim in ? If not they may discontinue leaving you without a positive decision in your favour
  • No counter claim @Redx
  • I'm wondering if the dj took note of the fact they were sending me letters chasing for payment threatening action for an active case.....

She did say to claimants representative that they need to stop that immediately and didnt seem impressed.

Also the representative didn't seemto be able to answer anything. For example what's the email address for the claimant for the final hearing, representative did not know. What does it say on plans? Representative did not know as didnt understand the address. Could the final hearing take place on the weekend due to a new trial for weekend cases by the court. Representative could not answer.

So even though  I was told they would have noone representing them to save "the court' time and money, they did and the representative seemed unable to answer anything.

Sounds like it was worse than having no one there!
  • The representative seemed puzzled and not even clear on the case which I pointed out
  • They probably only got passed it that morning. Any earlier means the C has to pay more...
  • And it probably wasn't someone from Gladrags themselves.
  • Oh it will have been a rent a bod.
