Assuming that this case is successful I would be tempted to ask for a restraining order against the PPC to stop it happening again. Given that this has also impacted on the OP'S relationship with their employer and rights to enjoy their property in peace it does not seem unreasonable.

The OP would have to apply for an injunction. A cease and desist would be needed first

Well after all the stress and not even being able to feel up to eating today, the dispute resolution hearing was a waste of time.

 I was told Gladstones won’t be having a representative but they did. The judge had 0 access to any of the documents that were filed by either party even though mine were filed two months ago. So the judge said it would have to go to a final hearing as a video call.

We were each told to describe the issue and I explained my side. The claimants representative firstly said my car was parked over the lines of my property (he said my neighbours house number incorrectly) and didn’t understand the case overall as he kept saying I spoke of one road and the alleged incident is on another. I had to explain that the parking is at the back of my house and is part of my house hence the road of my house is my address and the parking is part of that but it’s part of my house. 

I also said I should be able to park without harassment and the claimants side has been harassing me and mentioned the letter chasing payment. The judge said it was highly inappropriate and they need to stop doing that . So that was something . The judge said the final hearing will be by video link although I requested this not to be the case, the judge said it’s the most appropriate way at the moment. 

I also mentioned the two cases to be made as one and the judge said she will make her own order requesting this . 

The claimants solicitor wished me all the best and that was the end of it. 

Feeling quite flat as it’s just dragging on now and I’m neither up or down . After all that documentation, the file was not even seen. Sorry feeling somewhat drained.

Very good!  These are small victories so well done. 

Court hearings can make you feel quite drained so you will be expecting that next time.

Thanks @Coupon-mad. Just disappointed that the dj hadn't seen any of the documents as all. She wasn't going to be able to do anything without seeing the paperwork.  

I did try to emphasis the claimants representative doesn't seem to know the case and the dj did comment I was very articulate and well spoken. 

Particularly liked letting the judge know they were still harassing me with payment requests. 

Was just hoping an end to it or even the judges perspective on the documents I filed.

Yes, I feel your pain on that.  I've had about 3 cases adjourned for various reasons and it is frustrating. 

I've also had a Judge not have the Defendant's WS to hand, so he hadn't read it (of course) but had read the Claimant's one!  Really unfair - I had to email the WS on the spot to the Judge...in fact, that's happened twice.  Won both cases anyway but quite stressful knowing the Judge has no idea and isn't with you on any point until you speak.

Good to hear the Judge formed a good impression of you and she said she's Order to amalgamate the two hearings, which is as it should be.

Don't lose heart. I had really psyched myself up for my first hearing and then it was rescheduled for lack of time. It was then quite a wait for the next hearing.

I did wonder when I read your case whether there would be another hearing as it's quite complex.
