Thankyou so much @Snakes_Belly. Yes it has been somewhat draining. Especially as one was my company car and the other was my personal car. Company car meant i had several people including senior management getting involved about this which was embarrassing and it painted me in a negative light where normally I am perceived as one of their top members of staff. This was a disappointing reflection on me. It also made me want to move and just find a house with a normal driveway. This was my first home and properties are so expensive as I live in Birmingham. I love my house but this all just ruins it.
Thankyou for your help and support and reassuring email. Much appreciated truly. Thankyou2 -
Maybe the PCN (although stressful) will result in establishing your rights as a freeholder. That is important if you do sell.
I would certainly write to your MP and ask the letter to be forwarded to RJ. I would also explain in your letter how this has impacted on your work and your health.
There has been a number of issues with new developments regarding leasehold/freehold properties and he should be made aware of them.

Just as a matter of interest are you paying a considerable amount less in management fees than the apartments? I think that you would which reflects the difference in the services provided for the different properties on the development.
You should receive a statement each year stating how much has been spent and on what. There may be something useful in that statement.
I do however think that the main document is the plan from the Land Registry. I cannot see how the Claimant will be able to challenge that.

Fair enough ... but in the OP's situation it's impossible to engage the contract.0
