"I think" - no, be certain. What ,if anything, have you been ordered to do? UNless you have been told to enter your phone number with the court, there is no need for them to have it. Email is obviously ok.
Yes, serve on gladstones. Pretty sure you can find their email.2 -
The court letter states to give an email to them plus phone number plus alternative phone number as it’s a telephone hearing.Gladstones keep texting me without my permission already since last year . Not sure how they even got my number. Iv never called them .0

So you know you need to give them a telephone number then! No guessing needed! You have it there in front of you.
They dont have to have your permission to text
Obviously the way any company can - a five min trace will pick up your mobile number. Not difficult. See it all the time. Just block them.2 -
These are the texts they keep sending

Then block their number. Did you submit it all in time?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You dont need to print to sign it, just take a picture of your signature and paste it into the document. Much easier and WILL result in a smaller PDF.1

I had my hearing . Good and bad news. Good news ccj set aside has been granted. The claimant didn’t attend the telephone hearing which i was made aware of on the phone . Got quite a grilling. Apparently when purchasing the house I agreed into letting a management company manage my land. In addition the two cases don’t have to be heard as one even though they are similar. That’s only a suggestion I can make and the ‘Parking company rules are there for a reason’ and I should display a permit and they are entitled to charge me in the judges option. Judge gave me the option of do i want to risk taking it to a hearing and face further charges? I said yes. Costs inc set aside are reserved.....
I have been asked to file the defence within 14 days. Not sure what to think of it all ...1 -
Well done on the set aside. Do you have the purchase documents for your house and the agreement that YOU signed for it, allowing the management company to manage your land and what EXACTLY does it say in the agreement? Does it force you to display a permit?3

Contract law is complex and difficult , the judge may be right , it's up to you to prove them wrong2
