Has/will the paras be numbered?

Two incorrect spellings "Judgement"  -  no middle "e". Would mention relevant paras but they are not numbered.

Thankyou. Il change the spellings and will number the paragraphs. Anything in particular need changing ? 

Do I just pdf the draft order and witness statement and send to the courts cc in Gladstones ? Adding my email and phone number ? Thankyou all so much . Determined to send this today . Thankyou

Should I delete b) in witness statement? 
a) Set aside the default judgment dated #2020 for the reasons outlined below
b) Order for the original claim and second claim to be dismissed due to multiple abuses of the court process and the pre-action protocol. Claim number # and claim number #
c) Order for the claimant to pay the defendant £255 as reimbursement for the set aside fee

Why would you delete b? Whats your rationale for asking?

Why wouldnt you be sure? You have to have a reason...
You have until 4pm for it to be received else it counts as being served tomorrow.

Just wanted to double check it made sense. 

Il end up missing then4pm time today as I’m working from home so will send first thing in the  morning . 

Should I also send in my defence given this is just for the set aside ?

I see no reason not to send a defence in, given "any other good reason" includes having a reasonable prospect of success. Mark it draft defence, because as youve never been served a claim form you shouldnt yet have a defence proper.

Iv got the two claims on mcol website ....

il add it in Thankyou . 

I think I need to add my email and phone number too and cc Gladstones if I can find their email. I hope that’s correct...
