As above - as in "DEFAULT JUDGMENT
I am the registered keeper at the time of the offence."
In your WS spelling is correct for "Judgment" in this context - but further use in the doc. includes an incorrect middle "e".4 -
Thank you. I will sort all the spellings before sending properly.1

If youre looking for the claim to be struck out at 7, why include para 3 onwards?
The two are mutually exclusive
Either you are asking the court to order the claims struck out, in whci h case you dont want costs reserved - you want your set aside fee refunded within the order - or you are not, in which case para 2 - 6 apply.
Do you understand the difference?4 -

'Alleged' is always useful in such circumstances to avoid any inference from the statement. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Well what are you looking to do?
I would go with a draft order that deals with presuming the claim isnt struckl out, because that happens far more often ..3
