As above  -  as in "DEFAULT JUDGMENT
I am the registered keeper at the time of the offence."

In your WS spelling is correct for "Judgment" in this context - but further use in the doc. includes an incorrect middle "e".
  • Thank you. I will sort all the spellings before sending properly.

If youre looking for the claim to be struck out at 7, why include para 3 onwards?

    The two are mutually exclusive
Either you are asking the court to order the claims struck out, in whci h case you dont want costs reserved - you want your set aside fee refunded within the order - or you are not, in which case para 2 - 6 apply.
    Do you understand the difference?

There has been absolutely no offence committed. The word is never to be used in describing private parking events.

The way the sentence is constructed and using the word suggests some form of culpability. 'Alleged' is always useful in such circumstances to avoid any inference from the statement.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yep, change 'offence' to alleged parking event.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well what are you looking to do?
I would go with a draft order that deals with presuming the claim isnt struckl out, because that happens far more often ..
