It seems they use stills from CCTV cameras , hence why other vehicles are seen
They cannot provide data which contains other people's data , hence the refusal
All this could come out in the wash , in court0 -
Out of interest though, surely the images have revealed other people's data as its from the said 'footage'0

This called CCTV is a puzzle. Do you know if the CCTV belongs to them or another firm on the site
Do the signs say anything about CCTV ?
Don't be concerned about Gladstones, they are very incompetent and the moment they start add on false amounts, they are on the rocky road to a spanking in court0 -
Unfortunately from the response they didn't specify who operates it. The SAR didn't reveal anything. I hope to never visit the site. A couple of people I know have got fines as well. Eurpcarparts must be fuming.0

Exactly the same thing happened to me, Euro Car Parts car park was full, was forced to park in an adjacent open car park space which was a part of the same car park complex, not clear that I was not allowed to park there, it was dark and raining all other businesses were closed and not using the car park as it was empty except Euro Car Parks. There was no clear signs to indicate permitted areas to park. They issued ticket on 23/12/2019 for offence that occurred on the 27/11/2019. Did not receive the ticket until 27/12/2019. Appealed to them after finding the correct appeal address, wrong appeal link address on the letter sent out on the letter. Appeal failed. Not happy as it seems like they are on to a money making scam and not looking after the interest of the companies they represent. Also, rang Euro Car Parts who said a number of customers had received the same PCN, they advised me to appeal as well. What should I do next?0

You're the 6th poster to hijack this thread. The thread has lost its direction because of newbies jumping in here, there and everywhere. And it was never even about Euro Car Parks! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
