Obviously no-one has PAID them!
Posters here are not stupid and the forum tells you what to do.
Please please please could you all just read the NEWBIES FAQS and use that appeal? This really is not difficult but we cannot possibly keep up, if people won't read NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I will fight in court if they decide to pursue.
Received the SAR info last night. Never received Cctv footage just the same screenshots of my vehicles VRM that they sent me in their rejected appeal. Should I leave it at that or keep requesting the 'supposed' footage?
No POFA in the initial PCN. Surely an easy win if appealed as keeper??0 -
There is no easy win at the IAS, no. They do not have to adduce the POFA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I received a PCN issued by Parallel parking for parking within a bay but not aligned !! I went to Euro Car Part Cyan Park Coventry. I want to appeal the fine but the email address is incorrect. Can anyone please provide me with a correct email address for them. Thanks0

You dont appeal by email to this lot
They use the zatpark appeal system
Personally I wouldnt actually appeal this ticket. Notice has been issued outside the 14 days most like.0 -
Forgive me for being a numpty, but they sent me the NTK on 6th December and the incident was the 9th November or something. I assumed it was 28days?0

A NtK by post following an ANPR camera capture must be received within 14 days from the day after the parking event if the PPC is going to be able to hold the keeper liable. Not receiving it within that timescale does not invalidate the ticket, it means that the PPC can only hold the keeper liable.
There is no appeal route with an IPC operator that is likely to achieve a cancellation.
To show that you've engaged in their process (for a Judge to see if this gets to a court hearing) simply copy and paste the blue text template from the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1 and send that off to them by the method they show on the NtK.
Thereafter ignore anything else from them or their debt collectors, unless you receive a formal Letter of Claim and/or real court papers. Come back on this thread if you receive either. They have 6 years in which to make a court claim against you.
There is no easy silver bullet to rid you of this problem. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Yeah I appealed following the advice. Still trying to gain CCTV footage from SAR. On my 3rd email now. They have said they won't provide as the footage contains other vehicles. I politely responded asking why they have provided photographs of the Cctv footage which contains other vehicles.
They also stated "if PCNs remains unpaid they will be passed over to Gladstone Solicitors where addition costs may incur" The grammar is poor in their letters and email exchanges. I believe it's a hint to pay up0 -
Why would they have CCTV images? It is likely to be ANPR which only captures your VRM from reading the number plate.0
