  • But they have referenced it, so you can rely on their info. Chances are this company has zero clue.

Don't think car parks have CCTV, it is ANPR.

This firm DOES use CCTV to issue parking tickets . Along with the likes of NPE

I stand (well sit down) corrected. Ta
  • They say clear signage but visited the site at a later date and and the terms and conditions are not readable.especially on the entrance to the site. How can you agree if coming off the a444 lol. They haven't relied on Pofa in the initial PCN either... The eurocarparts shop has a notice to customers but only mentions not stopping on double yellows.

They are very much Coventry based at the moment, have a handful of sites.
  • I’ve received exactly the same thing in the post today. Rang Euro Car Parts and they are getting a number of calls a day from their customers, their vans have also been ticketed even when parked right outside.

I’ll follow your advice here and keep posted what is SAR though?

    Thanks!

What did they say, did they cancel it? I tried to complain but couldn't get through to anyone knowledgeable.!
  • I have received a PCN from the 16 November 2019, however the Date of the Notice is 10 December 2019 and outside the 14 Days notice.

Should I go through the appeals process to begin with, or just point out it is out the notice period?
