No offence intended, and I wasn't suggesting you haven't 'done your share'. But as CM was THE one who went along, the only one as far as I know, I think that's very positive. No doubt a 50k barrister could have been tough as nails and fought for every pretty penny. But a win is a win, it's more than Basher had beforehard, and it came without cost. So I believe a comment like that could be made more subtlely or perhaps privately and achieve its intended purpose without bringing negativity to an otherwise happy occasion. Just my opinion of course.

It was DCBL and their bundle to the courts was late. Still can't work that mistake out. I had no real costs unless you count the cost in lost nerve cells. For me it was a fantastic result. Hope the fundraising efforts of CM work.
