Very surprised, even from the aspect of the amount claimed.

Don't be. Picking up on RedX analogy them throwing in the towel now would be equivalent to conceding defeat at 0-0 10 mins into the first half. Epsecially with 4 PCN's at stake which, in their eyes, may make it financially viable to take this all the way.

Expect nothing other than this going to the bitter end and prepare accordingly. They will and they will try everything to break your resolve even in the event a late notice discontinuance is part of their game plan.

I agree with Molts. The biggest mistake DCBL has ever made is to try to scam the people and the courts.

Yes, they might think it's a good idea to scare you but DCBL has joined the scam just as the other legals are getting spanked on a regular basis. Does not matter what name they call themselves, it's the scam that matters. Let's face it, DCBL adding on a fake £70 plus VAT is more than the others so they can only expect the same treatment

Wonder who will be the next Calamity Jane who loves to scam

When the courts see the claim amount, do they not comment if what is claimed is outside of what is allowed?

No. That is for the Claimant to justify as the case proceeds.

And of course, for the Defendant to object to when writing his Defence and Witness Statement.

[QUOTEAnd if I am available on the day I can show up in court to argue your case for you, as you know.][/QUOTE]
The form at D2 Expert Advice - If CM is available what should I enter here?
D3 If CM is available, do I enter 1 (one ) Witness, myself
D4 asks if there are any dates in the next six months. Are there any dates I should include, considering CM. CM mail is full and not accepting mail.

I am not an 'expert' nor a witness and don't need prior permission at all.

Cross out the whole of April and the end of July/first week of August!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
