Hi December Devotees,
Mornin'. I had a good day yesterday, hoping to keep up the momentum today.
Debt-Free-Nillionaire Continuity Plan Year Five:
* Checked online banking.
* Continue my Challenge 500 miles challenge to travel 500 miles for free before the end of 2019: walking, hiking, climbing, cycling, running and swimming. I'm up to 488/500.
* Simple poached eggs on toast for breakfast.
* Used up sad pieces of fish and long forgotten sachet of pasta in sauce with some mushrooms to make lunch.
* Randomly received free single dose of laundry detergent and fabric conditioner through the post. Used.
* Changed bed, hoovered mattress and flipped mattress.
* Contemplate going out for a free walk later with DW.
* Deep cleaned sitting room ourselves and then put up modest 12 inch YS tree, reindeer and homemade pine cone decorations I made a few years ago. To my delight DW joined in and helped and also cleaned bathroom without being asked. Took us 3 hours because we also moved out a big shelving unit and cleaned behind it and cleaned the fabric sofa. Used Stardrops and washable cloths. We live by the sea and the sand gets everywhere.
* We usually have two bulbs in our three-bulb ceiling light. Have put a third bulb in as it is so dark here right now. Not moneysaving but might prevent us having an accident in the dark.
* Alarm clock off at the wall during day time.
* Have another look at magazines before donating to charity tomorrow.
* Dinner will be homemade meatballs. Disaster! Meatballs became minced mush. We ate it anyway.
* Follow this afternoon's ice hockey match on Twitter instead of travelling to match or paying £12.50 to watch on pay-per-view.

I've been awake for a while but couldn't find one of the pieces (one piece of paper with several folds for various pieces) Just found it in the bin! Oh has cut it out and used it to make snow angels for the elf! Am posting here rather than going to wake him up and ball him out!
I'm sorry but that did make me chuckle. I hope you were able to put it back together? If not, then I apologise for laughing!LBM 11/06/2010: DFD 30/04/2013Total repaid: £10,490.310 -
Hey folks,
Princess_pea - I'm sorry to hear about your grandad
Ally - I'm glad you're sounding brighter
DNMS - great that you could finish the dress! Am I off the hook for laughing at your misfortunes?
Thank you for thinking of me. Anxiety is now down to a more normal level. But I seem to have a squiffy tummy again. Woke up on Saturday feeling kinda weird but sometimes I do feel off and perk up. Went to the allotment and managed to fork over an ex-potato bed (free potatoes! Woo!) but was feeling quite ropey by the time we got back and the off feeling manifested into a tummy bug.
I'm not too bad though. Feeling a bit rough but I made it into work today. I'm not planning on doing much when I get home that's non critical though. OH is out tonight so I can go to bed nice and early.
Today's things:
:heartpuls B/L/D from stores - done
:heartpuls Asked OH to put a loaf on - done
:heartpuls Charge phone in work - done
:heartpuls Check PMP - done
:heartpuls Crochet a bit of a cat coaster? - nope
:heartpuls Slice up ham joint - done
:heartpuls Panic and look for something in the house I can gift to work secret santa. Got email while I was off and gift is meant to be for tomorrow. Can't use emergency booze as he's from Iraq so might be Muslim? I know he's happy to do secret santa... but maybe just getting in the spirit of things early for Eid? Possibly gift piece of crochet?
:heartpuls Email supplier re a Christmas present ordered last Monday that has not had the order updated with any progress. - done
Have a good one all
