  • Hi Can I join for 2020 with a £8000 target please

    Thank you
  • Fell behind with the updates for this year but kept saving hard and will only just miss my target.

Please can I sign up for 2020 with a target of £20k, still working towards my dream home!
  • Hey there, can you stick me down for 12k please, currently reviewing my 2019 spending and should hopefully be achievable! I think the main one for me would be to ensure I have ‘treats’ at home to deter me from ordering takeaway. I seem to go through phases where I have none for months, and then start having Maybe two a week for about a month until I realise how expensive they are, and that I can make something equally as nice if I prep in advance!

Here are some links for ideas:

    https://happymoneysaver.com/freezer-meals/

I made most of the pinch of yum ones for a month, and put the difference from what I would normally spend on takeaway in a savings account.

You don’t have to change your lifestyle much to make a lot of savings if you can afford some time to prep!
  • Hi all,
