It wouldn't really bother me but I would be worried about future resale value. So if it was a forever home then not an issue. Although according to the results so far, it seems that not many people find it an issue either!
    mortgage £800 overpayment 2022. £600/£2400 2023 🙂 savings £1853/£1800 😊

How do we know what is under our current homes?

My grans ashes are in my mums front room. She always wanted to move in with my parents and she finally did.

If my house backed onto a cemetery, I'd make the rear boundary impenetrable,
On the whole I'm with Granny Weatherwax. Good fences make good neighbours.

I don't think the occupants of a cemetery would have too much trouble with your impenetrable boundaries if they were the restless type.

No , but they'd be very unlikely to spirit any of our valuables away.

Well, you know it's not going to get sold for development...

That would certainly be a bonus around here! ;):p
A cunning plan, Baldrick? Whatever it was, it's got to be better than pretending to be mad; after all, who'd notice another mad person around here?.......Edmund Blackadder.

If it does, they would be rolling in their graves for sure

At least it'll be deadly quiet at night.

Far from it near where I live. The road leading to the cemetery is the local dogging area!!

It would be a bonus for me. I’ve always found them calming and peaceful. In fact I was always looking out for houses up for sale on a particular road backing onto a cemetery near me. I know they can have some dodgy goings on but they’re usually big enough for young drinker and lovers to do their stuff away from the neighbours. Better a cemetery over the back fence than a garden with a trampoline, BBQ and music playing every sunny day.

??? You hoping Buffy will show up or something?

Well sadly David Farrant has passed on so Buffy would be as good as anything. Lol!
