All things being equal, would you buy a house (to live in) that was near to a cemetery?

Yes. The idea doesn't bother me whatsoever.

Yes. But only if it was my 'forever house' as selling in the future would likely be a problem.

Yes. But only if the graves were fully/mostly hidden by buildings or trees.

No. It doesn't bother me, but I would be concerned selling in the future would be difficult.

We viewed a house that backed on to a cemetery and I wasn't that bothered by it until I looked out of the bedroom window. I suppose it's better than backing on to a noisy garden?0

I grew up opposite the entrance to a cemetery and it didn't bother me then, so it would not bother me now.

Only thing I would be concerned about is the potential for antisocial behaviour - they're sometimes considered a nice quiet place for teenage drinking or other substance consumption.0

Was thinking along same lines as David. Would be more worried about antisocial behaviour. The cemetery itself wouldn't bother me in the slightest. I'd quite like it in fact. Love a nice cemetery!2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0
