Yep definitely on to the mattress saving now, that decision was made for me My backside was loving having something comfy to sit on last night, until I sat on the new one I didn't realise how bad mine had actually been haha
I think I held my breathe from the time I dropped the car off to the time the phoned to say all passed, was not a fun day!

Happy Friday all! 
Even better Friday for me as I am off work again next week woo hoo Because I've tagged onto bank holidays this year for most of my time off I feel like I've had loads of time, just need the weather to play nicely next week now  
Payday came and I now have only 3 payments left on current target loan, this time last year I couldn't see clearly for the state I was in, this year whilst not perfect I am making progress and have a much better handle on everything and that is from the help and support of everyone that has taken the time to comment and support on here, so massive thanks to you all!
Nice little win this week as well in that I had a £200 tax rebate, made up of the working from home allowance that I claimed for March to the end of the tax year for 19 and the interest tax from my M*jar refund which I kept meaning to see if I could get and hadn't so finally submitted the claim, it came through and has topped up my savings a bit after they took a big hit with the MOT  
The sun is shining here, I have a fourth date lined up with a nice chap for tonight and a week off work lined up so I am all smiles

It’s always nice to get tax back, usually it’s just a one way process.

New sofa sounds great it definitely makes a difference having something comfy to sit on.

Thanks all! Happy to confirm new fella is still going well...….it feels very strange that he doesn't appear to be weird or anything like i usually get  
Back in work after my week off, can see I have lots of diaries to catch up on....will try an make my way through today and see what you've all been up to. 
Money wise all in under control with me, all bills out and monies looking good for the rest of the month, didn't do much on surveys last week so need to get into them a bit and see if I can make some extra payments to my remaining loans and get them gone quicker. 
Unfortunately I will also have some extra cash from the end of this month as the horse is being moved by his owner to closer to where she lives which is a 45 min drive away so essentially she is taking him off me, that came out of nowhere and only 3 weeks after she told me she had no plans to move him and would let me know if she was thinking about it. After quite a nice week off she dropped that piece of news on Friday which as you can imagine put a bit of a dampener on the weekend Quite annoyed as she had no interest in him until I had a lesson and showed her a video of how well he was going, then all of a sudden because he now works well and looks good she was interested in him and doesn't take into account the two years of hard work I've put into him to get him going like he is.  But hey ho there is nothing I can do about it so big girl pants on and just get on with it, new hobby needs to be found.....MSE in mind though it will be inexpensive! 

Did some bits around my house while I was off, best being painting my bathroom so that looks all nice and fresh now, with my new found free time i'll have the rest of the house done in no time  
Don't think I have anything to report.....did lose some extra lbs and all was looking good until I may have eaten my feelings over the weekend (if it has chocolate on it it was eaten!) so stagnant again this morning, told myself off after I weighed though so next week should see a proper shift down in the lbs.

How frustrating about the horse. And after all the hard work too. Well, unless she keeps up the work he won't stay like that will he?!

Glad the relationship is progressing well, hope no weirdness leaps out at you 😂 

My weight loss has stalled throughout August, back on it again from today. Need to rein in the desserts.

thanks @Drawingaline, it is massively frustrating and she will have a reality check when she is doing it all herself, maybe then she will realise just how much time I have invested in him
