#23 here with my last update of the year. A final payment of £279 to bring my overall total to £4669. Not quite the £5,000 I was hoping for but much better than last year.

#19 checking in late due to a crazy life. I overpaid £181.74 in November and £180 this month. That should bring my total to £2170.15 🥳

Just to echo @julicorn's congratulations to everyone - and you too julicorn - your signature shows you have paid down your own mortgage by almost £200k since 2017 - that is tremendous and at that rate you will be done in 2023! Keep going and well done you! I shall check back to see the final figures but as my own is gone, I'm off to the "Save £12k in 2021" thread to keep a challenge going (I might not make £12k as we are both finished with work (probably) but it keeps me going, a financial challenge!)

Well done everyone, and keep going - as someone who finally finished the journey this year, it's worth all the effort, and it is very nice to not have the mortgage to worry about.

And @Suffolk_lass, belated congratulations from me - life's been busy and i've only been an occasional visitor to MSE recently so missed it, but glad to see you got to the end too

#6 finishing off my challenge with an OP total of £2169.56 and very pleased to say that I have also paid off the mortgage this week so this will be my last MFW challenge.
