#150 here yet again.  I made another £20 payment this afternoon.  Mr Shores had a bit of overtime today, so divvied it up amongst the savings accounts.  Can't believe there's been a total of £80 overpaid already by us.  I need to get my online account sorted so I can see what difference has been made (I know it won't be much but it must have brought our MFD at least 1 day closer

  • @OhtobeMortgageFree I hope the extended walking with your 2yo is going well?  I contacted my Building Society to ask how much I had left of my overpayment allowance for the year and they were unable to provide me with an accurate amount as I have paid in so many small amounts.  I've transferred in almost daily amounts of anything between £1.70 to £2.50 which I've saved on travel and vending machine avoidance.  It's all too much for them to count and they are going to answer my query in writing!  Looking after the pennies and the pounds take care of themselves, without a doubt.
