Hi,
#89 Our final overpayment this year of £850 so slightly exceeding our target of £12000 for the year.
Thanks JulicornD :j:j#58 2021 Mortgage-free wannabesRemaining mortgage £23,657.00. MFD hopefully Dec.215 -
Number 45 checking in and checking outPayment made for November £1102.21. Which not only wipes out the last of the mortgage but also puts us £2.20 in credit?! The redemption letter said to pay ****, so we did and that is what the balance now shows!I have to say that I vastly prefer the feeling of the bank owing us money and the other way around. What a ride this has been - thank you julicorn and all, if I hadn't stumbled upon this forum we would still have the best part of 10 years to go and would have paid over £5000 more than we have. I leave the door open for those of you following behind...ElmoR xx18
