#93 checking in with another £10 to add to my October total please. That's £65 for the month so far. It's not looking like I'll be able to overpay a huge amount more this month though unfortunately. I left my nights job last month as it was becoming too much working all night and being Mum to a toddler all day. I've been doing odd bits of freelance work instead but it doesn't come to anywhere close as much as I was earning, and we've bought all of our Christmas presents for family this month as well in case we can't travel to see them closer to December.
Such a crazy year this year. 😢Original mortgage total: £140,000.00 (July 2015) Original mortgage end date: June 2040
Mortgage free start date: 16th October 2018 Mortgage total at this point: £132,829.12
Current mortgage total: £54,762.71 Current mortgage end date: June 2032 Daily interest: £7.59 > £2.644 -

Number 90 with another October overpayment of £428.33 which brings the October overpayment pot to £928.33. I’ve hit my target but I’ve got some repaying of cash into savings accounts so I’ll have to do some re calculations over November. I’ve managed to reach my mortgage renewal amount I was aiming for of £49,950 which is £30k off my original mortgage in 5 years. New rate kicks in on 1st November which will save me about £95 a month on the standard payment 😁SPC #023 SPC 12: £125.86[/COLOUR]:SPC 13: £214.98: SPC 14: £297.41 SPC 15: £237.27 SPC 16 £335.39; SPC 17 £662.09 SPC 18 £20MFW #21 Mortgage start Dec 2015 £79,950; June 2025 £19,394.00 2025 OP £1589/COLOR]/£2,000 MFiT T6 #3 £19070/£25,500 (72.82%%) MFiT T7 #3 £2050/£21,930 (9.34%)4
