That’s so so good.I’m really motivated to pay off as much as I can while my rate is under 2% as I want to protect myself against rate rises in the future and have more free cash then. So we are continuing as if our payments are high and I am not noticing that we are OP anything as it is what we were paying when we first moved here.Although last year we did take out 120k more to invest in BTL and still have some in the bank but to have all of that and to be paying less than we moved here 7 years ago tomorrow!Mortgages Oct 2020: £308,283 Jul 2021 £286,600 October 2022 £253,456 MFW-22 #9 MFIT-T6 #353
