Good luck, please do let us know, whatever the outcome - whether it's champagne or sweet tea and hugs!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If you win, and we hope you do, dont forget to ask about costs!
Very easy to do in the heat of the moment :)

Have Gs ever attended a phone hearing? (They never used to attend physical hearings - they used a rent-a-lawyer. I guess they're still playing the numbers game).

As regards Gs dropping - if i were them I would be doing so right now.
A contested hearing costs them, meaning their client, a min of £200 fot the rent a legals time.
Thats on top of the £50 to get to hearing (the £50 filing is obv bogus and never actually paid to Gs, but you will ne ver get proof of this)
Right now, parking companies are losing money hand over first, so liekly arent taking the risk on a real contested hearing - their break even point is 5 times higher with them attending than with them not attending.

No probs do I post that publicly on here or by PM to you?

I bottled the costs, the judge said he wont award unreasonable behaviour costs but i could have standard costs and had I lost any time this afternoon and as the call had only gone on for a short amount of time and I just wanted to get off the call i just said  its ok i can go back to work now. So that was my fault
