Have you had any contact from the court about the hearing? LIkely to be telephone hearing if it goes ahead. Makew sure you read that thread to see if that is suitable.
    Hi
No contact as yet unfortunately, my court date is on 23rd

Read the TELEPHONE HEARINGS thread first.
Just had a good read through and my court is on the Open list so seems as though I wont need to send all of my documents via email :)

Yes, you will.   And it's easier.

And... (unless the WS & evidence have already been posted to the court and Claimant's solicitor) you are very late sending them now.

Watch out for that - it is likely to include new instructions on filing and serving a court bundle - read carefullt and follow explicilty.
will do, had a good read of the telephone hearing thread, my court is on the list of being open so hopefully the judge should have all my stuff.

Will update shortly once i receive the paperwork

Don't assume the Judge will have anything.  An emailed bundle costs you nothing!
