    Afternoon All,
I hope your staying safe and keeping well.
I have had a supplementary witness statement from non other than Jack Chapman today in response to my supplementary witness statement I sent a few months ago.
Here it is for you to all have a look at -
    https://imgur.com/a/8AYv0GO
    - I am finding it hard to really understand what is the purpose of the one page where they have just copied the section called "the claimants witness statement is not signed hence it is invalid" and they refer to exhibit XX but none of their exhibits have been labeled?
    - The only exhibit they seem to have included is a very old letter from 2018 which i wrote to them to try and sort the situation out prior to all of the claim letters etc came through. I had forgotten i sent it to be honest and they are using the fact that i had signed it and agreed to point 11. But doesnt this also counteract their points 18. a, b and c as it shows I did try and interact with them before all of the court proceedings came about?
    - Also within it they have said that I wouldnt understand the complexities of the legal argument i said about copy and pasting sections, yet their document is really really badly put together, no exhibits etc!
I would appreciate any thoughts/advice on how I can come back to this my court date is due end of June time.

As Le-Kirk says, unbelievable rubbish by the said "Jack Chapman"

Saying that it is doubtful the defendant would understand the new CPR, POFA ....... I guess you know more than he does .... what a pathetic statement ?
He does confirm that his first statement was correct despite the fake add-on ??
He now does this again but this time declaring his truth under the new CPR, meaning his first statement was correct   .... whoops, and the legal authority to add £60 is  === ?????

Have just read through the full evileye thread.....very interesting and glad it got struck off!
So in my situation should I just wait till the court hearing and bring up the point about the defect declaration "the claimant believes this witness statement..."?

What are your views that Gladstones have sent my original agreement i signed from back in 2013, and in my statements etc i had said i had a verbal agreement with my work place?
    1) This contract is only between me and my employer though so no mention of UKPCM so my original argument that i had no agreement with UKPCM direct?
    2) Also they mention that I didnt try and instigate a resolution with them early on but then they surely argue against their own point by showing a letter that I sent back at the start of 2018, which shows i did try and clear up the confusion?

All of the above, and the signage...and that the template signature issue is still being investigated by the SRA as part of a wide investigation into Gladstones; no matter what UKCPM say, that hasn't gone away.
