So you are implying that their staff forced you to buy more of something than you wanted?

Or is it more likely you wanted to buy lots of a special offer item (star gift maybe) and sell them on for a profit only to realise you can't actually make as much from them as you hoped. They caught on to your scheme and cancelled your advantage card and now you want your money back for the items you can't sell for a profit.....am I close?

Could I say "BOOTS encourages the customers spending more money in their shop, and then withdraw their points"? because their staff members even help bringing the stuffs to your car.
or Do I force them to sell me the stuffs?

You can say what you like about BOOTS but it doesn't change your situation.

I suspect individual "staffs" in BOOTS aren't fully knowledgable about BOOTS' policy on bulk buying, whereas someone in management or head office has seen the pattern of your purchases and determined that you are possibly treating them like a wholesaler and looking to profit as a business.

Complain all you like, but they are entitled to operate their loyalty scheme as they see fit, and to exclude you from it. They can even ban you from their stores if they wish. Once BOOTS see this thread on here, they might just do that.

This is not a big deal. ofc I won't go shopping in BOOTS either. I just did the purchase following the staff member. I totally agree with you that some staffs in BOOTS are not professional, I just wonder what I did wrong as a normal customer.

Have any of the products been opened?

Just what were you forced to buy?

If you change your mind about an unused item you’ve bought in the last 35 days, simply return it in its packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered or collected from store, an exchange or refund will be offered.

Electrical and photographic equipment will only be accepted if complete with all leads, accessories and software. Any software must have its original seal intact.

Unless faulty, medicines, food, personalised gifts or cosmetic products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Any Boots Advantage Card points collected against a refunded item will be removed in accordance with the Advantage Card terms and conditions.

Was probably planning to and then realised they have limited market value given how much is already being discounted in the marketplace :rotfl:

You may not know the boots point event. I bought products and collected the points. now the points have been withdrawn. Why I should still keep them.

Normal customer = walk into shop and do purchase following the staff member. I never hide myself when shopping.
You mean I should take the initiative to say no even though the shop members confirmed they can sell to me. otherwise that's my fault.
    I’ll ask again then:

What were you buying large quantities of? How many?
What were you buying them for?
Why do you now want to return the products?
