Could I refund the products(within 35 days) to BOOTS despite my advantage card's been withdrawn?

  • You’ve had useful advice. Although you have avoided answering questions, it does seem as if you’ve been purchasing in a pattern that means that Boots can withdraw points and close your advantage account. They can also refuse to take back the items if they wish because you have no statutory right to a change of mind refund.

Not the advice you wanted, huh.

I know BOOTS can do anything even though their staff members don't follow their own policy.:) I learned one thing, I should ask the staff member to write down an agreement before they selling stuffs to me in future or I can provide my resume when shopping to make sure they won't break their own policy. because you don't know who is not professional.

You are a business not a consumer. That means you are bound by whatever contract you agreed to (not that it makes much difference in this case). You have no right to return for a refund.

The legal position is they don't have to refund you or give you any points.

    Yep, definitely do that.

Make sure to include at least two references and some samples of previous work.

How do you judge I'm a business? or the staff members in shop are not smart, they don't know how to judge. Could you just explain that why they sold the products to me although they have the policy not allow to sell more than 6 products to same customer? Are they doing right or not?

  • We can’t judge whether you’re a business or not because you refuse to answer some simple questions, but from what we’ve gleaned so far, you’re not the normal customer you’re suggesting you are.

If you want definitive advice, you need to give full information. You don’t seem to want to so you’ll have to deal with speculation you don’t like.

This is not a big deal. ofc I won't go shopping in BOOTS either. I just did the purchase following the staff member. I totally agree with you that some staffs in BOOTS are not professional, I just wonder what I did wrong as a normal customer.

    I'm sure they'll miss you...
