Could I refund the products(within 35 days) to BOOTS despite my advantage card's been withdrawn?

So you bought a lot of Christmas beauty sets.

Lets give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you were buying them as Christmas presents for people you know.

So why do you no longer want them?

There is no benefit of the doubt - unless OP can convince us differently these will have been bought as Ebay/Car Boot/Facebook stock pre-Xmas with the additional points being a bit of a bonus - OP has been found out in both having the points removed and realising there's no profit in these as others have done the same (and may have go away with the points)

It maybe that others were buying about 5 sets, a lot but not unreasonable and the Op bought 10 or it may just be the Op is unlucky as the powers that be identified a trend and they got caught. What isn't known is how many others were caught. A red flag would be buying a large number of identical 'on offer' items when you have just taken out a new card.

And no you can't keep freebies if you return the items they were given away with.

But we have gone from Staffs telling you to buy more to you wanting more.

Staff will always promote their offers. Part of their job. Often you will be told if you buy another you will get one for free.
What you do not then do is return one to get a refund & keep the points.

So go on, is buying 3 and then return one for a refund what you have been doing?
