Why on earth does he want to meet up to discuss Estate Agents?? What's to discuss? It's normal to get two or three in and find out who'll give you the best selling rate, who sells the most in the area etc, but you won't find that out by meeting up with him. I'd do some phoning around if I was you. Don't need to put yourself through stress meeting him if you don't have to. ((hugs))I Believe.....

Hi @little_green thanks for sticking with me, lovely to hear from you
Hi @Chrystal, yes you're right, there's no point even talking if we don't have any figures or costs to look at. I really really don't want to meet with him anyway so will start calling round once they're done with the decorating.
Which is also something I need to update...he's messaged me this morning to say they won't be coming round tomorrow after all, but will instead finish next Friday. I think I will still go to the cinema as I've been looking forward to it. He did apologise for messing me around, but I can't feel any goodwill towards him when plans change at the last minute, and he seems to be dragging it out even though he's the one that is so desperate to sell. Anyway.
Stomach still isn't great, I'm meant to be doing 4.5 miles tonight as I didn't do it yesterday, but if my stomach's still not feeling good later I'll leave it as I need to 9 miles on Sunday anyway. No plans to spend anything today, I owe my mum some money for some food bits she got me but will give that to her when I next see her.Nov 19 CC was: £1334.95 Now: £0!! 1% challenge - 100% Savings:£300.83February take lunch to work: 19/18

Totally agree on the estate agents. Especially as I would guess he’s not going to be offering to do any of the being in for viewings or deal with any of the inconvenience with living somewhere while it’s on the market.Your trip sounds so exciting! I’m glad you have something to look forward to in amongst all the stress.Debt at LBM (Dec 2018): £23,167

Thanks @astrocytic_kitten!Well today hasn't really gone to plan...Stomach has been awful all day, got such a bad abdominal headache. The order that I stayed late for went wrong (it's a long story but it was something out of my control) and I am getting the stick for it. Our MD is oldschool and basically a bully, he called up at 3pm today to basically blame me for the order going wrong and for other stuff that had happened that I have nothing to do with. I was on the phone silently for 4 minute while he ranted at me, then he was about to start on something else - I hung up and went to the bathroom to cry. I know it's disrespectful to do that, but he is the type of person that won't let you speak, so I didn't feel I should sit there listening to him rant at me when what's happened is not my fault. Fortunately the Director (younger and more reasonable) wasn't in the office for me to tell him so I messaged him, told him I would apologise for hanging up but I was not taking responsibility for the situation. He said he understood, so I'm hoping he speaks to the MD before Monday. I'm sure I'll have a !!!!!! email waiting for me on Monday anyway. The dynamic is that it's a small family business and the Directors are related. I've been there 5 years and honestly the way the MD talks to me sometimes is like a piece of poo on the bottom of shoe (rhyme).I did spend today as I forgot I had no black bin liners - bought those, some paracetamol and some rich tea biscuits as it's all I can eat when I feel like this. Spent £1.67.Came home to the bathroom being ransacked this time, all my stuff put into bags on the floor but they didn't put the tops on the ones that were loose so there's bleach and all sorts all over my stuff. They'd locked the cats in the bedroom too so they'd been in there for 3 hours
His mum moved (hid) the olive oil as well, so ridiculous. He's sent me more texts today but I haven't responded yet as I really don't feel up to it. My mum came over to bring the food and I just had to have a cry, today has been so draining. I sent her £4.77 for the food she brought.
Think I need an early night! What a dayNov 19 CC was: £1334.95 Now: £0!! 1% challenge - 100% Savings:£300.83February take lunch to work: 19/18

I'm sorry things are so rubbish right now, can't blame you at all for having a cry, I'd do exactly the same. You're doing amazingly, but it's ok to not be ok, so please take care. Early night might help and I can second the joy of a solo cinema trip - definitely a favourite of mine too, so hope you enjoy tomorrow. x1

Hello, sorry to hear about your day, frustrating about your boss. The ex and his mum should now no-longer be allowed to be in your home unless a neutral party is present. They are deliberately doing these things as you have previously said. When you go out do you take/ hide your important paperwork? I just wonder if they may be taking the opportunity to snoop whilst you are out. I hate to think that way about people but you never know.2

Did you know they were going to be doing the bathroom? If you did and left stuff out they may have been !!!!!! off and just chucked it deliberately. If things needed moving they should have put everything back were it originally was, and you must feel as though your privacy has been invaded! Is this now the end of their 'cleaning'?
I know it's difficult but hopefully it's near the end of having to deal with them and you can move on with your life. They really aren't worth the angst. ((((hugs))))I Believe.....

Wow lots of nice comments to read@[Deleted User] thanks for understanding, I did have an early night, think it helped@MrsCatz thanks for commenting, he's told me they need one more day, which I'm going to give them but if he starts being difficult after that I will start being difficult. I controlled all the paperwork when we were together, and it's hidden, he'd have no idea where to find it. My laptop and stuff is here but I changed the password so he wouldn't be able to get into that.@Chrystal no I didn't know they were going to be in the bathroom, but also the things they moved, they didn't even clean those areas. As mentioned above he's asked to have one more day and then that should be the end of it. Thank you, my mum says the same that they're not worth my upset, it is really hard coming back and having all the stuff moved though, it does feel like my privacy has been violated. So I had an early night, didn't sleep that great but was better than no sleep! Had to be up early-ish for my monthly hospital appointment. The nurse who did my appointment is a really nice one that I don't see very often now, only when she's covering the clinic. I told her about my breakup and she said she's going through a divorce too. She had an analogy for unequal relationships, it's like having a bank account, and if someone keeps withdrawing without putting anything in, in the end you up at zero or even in debt (thought it fit quite nicely on this board lol) but that is exactly how it felt with my ex emotionally, he never put anything into the account. Anyway, I had my appointment, had enough cash to pay the £1.20 parking, and then came home to spend some time with the cats before heading out to the cinema. I used a code that got my ticket for £4.99 rather than £5.74 (every little helps!) and another one that got me a free regular popcorn. Parasite was good, not really what I expected although the reviews did say it was almost like a black comedy/horror-type thing. It was really nice to go on my own, and actually loads of people in there were on their own too. I could sit and concentrate on the film and I think having that time away from my thoughts and feelings has helped my stomach, a lot of my stomach pain comes from stress. I will definitely do more solo cinema trips, you guys have got me hookedSo I walked home via the library to pick up a book that I'd got on hold, and I'm now home and in for the rest of the afternoon/evening. I sent my dad the last tenner in my main bank account (where my DDs comes from) as his phone money comes out in the next couple of days. I will get that back from him when I next see him. I have just over £4 in my monzo account, I may have to take a tenner or so from savings to cover any food for next week (mainly the boys' food, there's not much I need at all) but I should be fine. Cat1 has been lovely and soppy today, think he's feeling the Caturday vibes. I've got some washing on the go but apart from cooking my dinner tonight I'm not going to do anything strenuous. Maybe some relaxing yoga if I feel in the mood.Enjoy the rest of your Saturday everyone

Hi everyone,
Quick check-in while I've got a spare minute.
I did my 9 mile run yesterday, very happy with my time although got attacked by rain in the first mile and couldn't even see, had to run blindCame home, chilled, and then came down with an awful migraine. I started cooking and then realised I wanted to throw up
finished cooking anyway and managed to eat it. It was sausage, cannellini beans and leek pasta from Bootstrap Cook, stuck some spinach in there and it made 4 portions, so two went in the freezer. I've been taking paracetamol and codeine (basic ingredients of migraleve), but unfortunately codeine sets off my other condition so I've got pain in two areas now. Went to bed really early, didn't have my usual post-run bath so my legs are really sore today.
I've had to come into work to cover the admin team today (I'm the manager so can't really get out of it), one girl is off on annual leave and the other girl is with her dad in hospital. I still don't feel right but I'm dosed up on painkillers and just trying to get through it. I might have to go into my OD to buy some painkillers from amazon, my other condition is flaring because of the codeine and I've only got 2 doses left of these tablets. They're £12 a box but honestly it's a godsend because they're the only thing that can take the edge off the pain. Will see how I go today and make the decision. Just trying to get through the next few hours without throwing up!

Sounds awful,
Hope you feel better sooner rather than later, and medication that works is worth every penny you pay for it.
