Hi Lucy,
Have been reading this thread with great interest.
Firstly i dont know if i am allowed to post links on here so apologies if i am not. I am an anxiety and panic sufferer and i use a great website called nomorepanic.co.uk http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/
There are people on there who also suffer from depression and lots o fo ther things so might be worth while having a little look at it, its a fantastic support group and has seen me through some very tough times.
As for Xmas, i am about at Bah humbug as you can get. Me and the OH are going away this Xmas and i am skint coz i am moving house in the new year so i have told everyone i am not buying Xmas presents this year, let me tell u what a relief it is! Instead i am taking a day off on Friday and making truffles and short bread for everyone, have brought pretty boxes and celeophane to make them look nice and am going to go round delivering them at the weekend.
Anyway hope the no more panic site is a help to you.

Hi Lucy,
Sorry to hear you've been depressed.
I know of a great book to read to help with depression, anxiety and panic attacks, I read it when I suffered a break down and it was like having an ephiphany it helped more than the drugs the doctor gave me and any counselling that I have had. Its called self help for your nervous system by Dr Claire Weeks. (I read it in a day)!! It's great.
I hope this helps. I know you can buy used copies v v v v cheap on amazon.
LOL

Evening Everyone.
Well I had a rather large weight gain at slimming class :eek: But I am feeling ok about it, I have a new book so that I don't have to look at how much weight I have gained. I only have to lose half a lb to get back to my 3 stone loss and then I am going to work from there.
I've made a nice fruit salad for lunch tomorrow and I will have cheesy scrambled egg on toast for breakfast. I got loads of fruit I can take to work and as I won the 50p raffle (prize is a load of fresh veggies) I am going to make sure I eat loads of fresh veg and nice healthy food and hopefully I will lose some of the weight next Monday.
At least I didn't cry.... Just.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Sorry about your weight gain, but then if you have been off work, you have probably been less active so burnt less calories?
I am sure you will be on a loss next week!
