I finally got a reply from one of the associates at BW, but only to tell me to stop making allegations and that although a bundle was submitted on the 3rd, another bundle has been submitted today, to include mine.
I told him, if they had included me and told me what had been submitted I would not of been blind to what was included in the bundle in the first place.

I did state that they had to submit a single bundle to the court, but they submitted theirs 3rd August without my input, you are in breach of that order

This is what the lovely man at BW has now sent me:  Am I missing something, it clearly states 'all documents essential'

I attach a screenshot below from the Order of 24 June 2020, which states:

 

 

As Ms Munir lodged this bundle at the Court in advance of this, this has been complied with. There was no requirement to serve a copy of the same upon yourself, or inform you of the same.

No I Haven't, as he states above they are not required to send me it!

Maybe not as part of this round, but before a remote hearing was proposed surely they served their Witness Statement and evidence on you?

They were required to do that.

Yes I have seen their WS & Supplementary WS, I just don't know what they have submitted of mine, I know what I sent them, so know what should be there.

"Their" bundle always means their WS etc 
not the court bundle which is the combined set
hust state you wish to confirm everything was sent.

Have you shown us their WS and exhibits yet? If not, please do so, especially if the alleged contract is included.

Okay, I've been part way back and found the alleged contract but not been all the way back to see if you posted the whole of their WS and exhibits.

Are all the redactions from the scammers/scamlicitors, or are any of them yours? We need to see the contract exactly as supplied to you/the court.
