A full transcript will cost you typically a few hundred pounds. Even a transcript of just the Judgment would probably be too expensive to consider.
Both of those will depend on the number of words used, i.e. the length of the hearing.5 -

Well I had my day in court, I did not get to go over any points in my WS or the additional points we have discussed.
My whole case was on the letters and emails between me & PP legal and how they made it seem that the claim had been closed. He was very confused by what they wrote and even he said he could not make any sense of them, so held no hope for me to understand it, he invited the advocate to speak for them and she could only blunder her way through saying PP legal were not the claimant and it had not and would not be discontinued.
I won my case on abuse of process, but not the £60 additional charge, but to do with the letters & emails and how they were presented and worded, so I can not say if any of my other details would of been valid as I never even got to talk about them.
I only got my costs for a court date back in march, no additional costs or any form of compensation, he threw out the dammerman case and the vento guidelines.
So a win by it being struck out but a loss on the costs.

Well done. A win is a win. Not everybody gets full costs. When you reflect on this experience you will realise how much you have learnt from it.
You never know when the boot might be on the other foot and you may have to pursue a claim for dissatisfaction with something you have bought or a service that you have received.

Well done, you zapped BWLegal for their rubbish and incompetence, BWL should really seek legal advice before they make themselves look so stupid
Regarding the £60 Abuse of Process ? Due to the BWL appeal, and complaints against judges, they will soon learn that Abuse of Process covers many things. The Judge's will use this to their best advantage and BWL will still lose for ABUSE OF PROCESS
Which court please, name of the Judge and case number. This is going in the Abuse of process thread

Thanks everyone for your hard work and help, Coupon-mad, you are a legend and your help was very much appreciated.
The court was
Darlington County Court - District Judge Read - Case Number F0DP1T3F
I can post more information if needed, I don't think I included all the correspondence between PP legal and myself on here, I could if that helps. ** Edit, I checked back and I have included all emails around pages 15 - 16 -17 I think***

Nice job, well done. 🥂
ANOTHER PP (LEGAL) BITES THE DUST!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
